✧*̥˚ Please read before commissioning me! *̥˚✧If you fail to comply with my TOS it will result in being blacklisted and you will no longer be able to commission me. Should you disagree with any statements in my TOS, do not commission me. These statements are non-negotiable.
── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──✰ GENERAL GUIDELINES ✰
✧ There is absolutely no permission to use my art for AI or NFT purposes.
✧ All commissions are meant for private use unless discussed otherwise. For commercial use, I will have to add additional costs.
✧ If you are going to be posting the commissioned art on any of your socials, including banners and profile images, you are required to credit me somewhere on your account or in post. You can either tag me or link to any of my social media profiles. Under no circumstances shall you post your commission with no credit given.
✧ I hold the right too upload the finished art work on my own socials. This includes speed paintings. Should you commission me for something like a debut. I shall honor your request to wait. Make sure to tell me this!!
── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──✰ FOR COMMISSIONS ✰
✧ You can commission me by simply sending me a DM on any proffered platform. Please keep in mind that my timezone might differ from yours so please be mindfull.
When commissioning me, please give me as many references as you can, Poses, clothes, appearance, even a Pinterest board will help me a lot in creating what you want.
── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──✧*̥˚ Payments: *̥˚✧
✧ Payments will be made through Paypal via invoices (EUR).
✧ Payment will be done in sections. 50% before I start the commission (this does not include the sketch) and 50% upon finishing. You will have 1 week for the first half of the payment after you've agreed to the sketch. Once the artwork is done, you will NOT receive the artwork without a watermark and in high quality until the rest of the payment has been received.
✧If you cannot pay within the week I will forfeit the commission and move on to the next project.
✧Payment plans are an option but please do understand I will not send the final piece until the final payment is made. This is NOT possible for the first 50%.
✧ Refunds will only be accepted if I have yet to start your
commission, otherwise they are not allowed.
── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──✧*̥˚ Process: *̥˚✧
✧ After filling in the form I will contact you asking for some additional information should I need it. The next step is a very raw sketch before starting adding final lines to the the commission. You may make up to 3 big revisions here, example: Different poses, outfit changes.
✧ Once the first payment of 50% is made you will be added to my queue which you can also find on my site.I shall keep you up to date in the DM’s with Work in progresses.
✧ During the sketch and coloring phase you may ask for a max of 5 edits. Please try to be as detailed in your request and references as possible. I will not make any major edits once I have started the coloring phase. Make sure your reference(s) is accurate. Asking for any big changes may result in an extra fee to be added. (This will be mentioned before)
✧ When sending me references of your character please try to be as specific and condense as possible. Please provide clear references, it's difficult to see details if the image is condensed or too pixelated.
✧ All references must be images. I might misunderstand any written descriptions due to language barriers.

✧ I have a life outside of drawing and I am not doing art 24/7. I do work besides producing art. With that in mind, commissions can take about over a month to complete depending on my schedule. Please keep this in mind when commissioning me. I will regularly tweet updates and if you have any concerns, do not hesitate to contact me! My minimum deadline will be 2 weeks for the full commission. I will; not be able to take on any commission that has a tighter deadline than 2 weeks.

Commercial commissions are everything that will be used on streams for profit or is made into merchandise. a PNG-tuber, stream panels, Alerts/Notifications in any form for streams, having the art displayed permanently on stream, any form of merchandise, etc). Please feel free to discuss this with me when you plan to use my art like this.✧ What do you NOT consider commercial for commissions?
I will not charge this fee for profile pictures, schedules, or social media banners. you are required to credit me somewhere on your account or in post. You can either tag me or link to any of my social media profiles. Under no circumstances shall you post your commission with no credit given.✧ What is your commercial fee?
My current commercial fee is a 25% markup of the initial price. An example of this would be €100, the additional commercial fee will be +€25.✧ Why do you do application only commissions?
My discord DM’s have been flooded before this and I get lost in all the messages. This will ensure I have more control.
